These Terms and Conditions shall refer to the Internet site operated by the Company hubbline.com and the User's website between BD Hubb Technologies LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and the User, including Affiliate Sites. Member: A person who registered with the Company by providing a member ID and phone number to receive the service. Member ID: An email address provided by the member for identification of the member and use of the member's services. Password: Selected by the member for the member's personal information after confirming that the member is the same as the member's ID. These terms become effective upon joining membership and may be amended within the scope of the relevant laws. The revised terms come into effect through online notice, and important notices such as user's rights or obligations are notified in advance. The company is not responsible for any damages caused by not knowing the information on the changed terms. If a member does not agree with the revised terms and conditions, he/she may request to withdraw from the membership, and continued use of the service will be deemed to accept and agree to the terms and conditions.

A person who wishes to become a member shall apply for membership by filling in the member information according to the registration form set by the company and pressing the "I Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy" and "Join" buttons. If the contents are false or there is reasonable suspicion, the Company may delete all IDs of the members and stop all or part of the provision of this service. Member's registration means he/she agrees to receive telephone and e-mail related to the service. The company can divide the member's grade into paid service and the member may be restricted from using the service according to the grade.

The Company shall endeavor to provide continuous and stable service. The Company will not leak or distribute the member's personal information to any third party without the user's consent, except where there is a request from a national agency under the provisions of the law of the land. The company provides various information and advertisements that the member deems necessary during the use of the service by e-mail, letter, or wired/wireless telephone.

Member's own information required for membership must be true, accurate, and kept updated. The member is responsible for any problems arising from false information. Member's ID and gender cannot be modified. The company does not guarantee the identity of members. The member is solely responsible for any problems arising between members through online and offline meetings through the site. Any form of meeting requires careful judgment by the member. Members shall not: steal another's ID/password; register false information; post obscene, abusive, or threatening content; interfere with the normal operation of the service; copy or distribute service or personal information without approval; hack the company's servers; or act in violation of applicable laws.

The member has the right and responsibility for the contents of the post posted by the member. The company may edit, move, or delete any posted information when it violates these Terms, public order and morals, defames another member or third party, is related to criminal activity, or is commercial, illegal, obscene, or vulgar.

The Company may limit or suspend all or part of the service if a member violates the obligations set forth in these Terms, uses IDs or nicknames that harm others, impersonates the company's management, registers false information, commercially uses service information without consent, transmits large amounts of advertising information, or when normal service is affected by a national emergency, natural disaster, power outage, or facility failure.

The member shall be responsible for all management of the member's ID and password and should not let third parties use them. Members should notify the company immediately if their ID and password are stolen. The Member shall terminate access correctly at the end of each use of the Service.

If the member wants to terminate the use contract, the member applies for termination by the company's guidance, and the company terminates the use contract through a confirmation procedure. The Company may terminate the right to use any or all of the provided services without prior notice if the Member violates this agreement or related laws.

The Company shall be exempted from responsibility for providing the service when it cannot do so due to a natural disaster, telecommunication service provider suspension or failure, or the Member's own fault. The Company does not guarantee the identity of members and is not responsible for damages caused by the member's use of the service or disputes between users and third parties. The Company has no control over the contents of other Internet sites linked to this site.

Notice to members may be posted on the site or delivered in writing, by telephone, facsimile transmission, or electronic mail (E-mail). The Company may provide consultation and information for members and sales purposes to provide better services.

Part of the service investment base comes from the profits from advertisements. The Member agrees to display and receive advertisements when using the service. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the member's participation in an advertiser's promotional activities.

The company shall endeavor to deal with complaints and opinions submitted by members first. If there is a dispute between the parties regarding the member's use of the service, it shall be resolved in accordance with the principle of good faith.

Hubbline.com is registered and operated under the law of Bangladesh and the State of Virginia in the United States. Litigation concerning disputes arising between the Company and a member related to the use of the service shall be handled by the court having jurisdiction over our local office. Bangladesh and State of Virginia law applies between the Company and members.
